1. Memberships activate on the date of purchase. Once activated, memberships must be used within one week of purchase date.

2. Memberships and class passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be placed on hold.

3. Brand New Student Promo is for new students only and cannot be purchased if you have previously paid for classes at Araguacu. Only applicable to classes listed as part of this special offer.

4. One-month Unlimited Memberships activate on the date of purchase and expire 30 days later.

5. 1-Year (Gold Pass) Membership activates on the date of purchase and expires 1 year later. This membership may be placed on hold one time in the one year period for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to a maximum of 4 weeks. The studio must be advised via email at least one week before the start of the requested hold period

6. Auto-Renew Membership will be automatically billed to your credit card or deducted from your bank account until you cancel the membership. A minimum of 3 consecutive monthly payments is required for auto-renew. Cash and debit cards are not acceptable forms of payment for this membership.

Cancellation Policy for Auto-Renew: The membership may be canceled any time AFTER the third month has been paid. To cancel, notify Araguacu via email at least ONE week prior to automatic billing date at araguacudanceco@gmail.com. Once email has been received, an email confirmation will be sent that the membership will be terminated at the end of the current paid month. Any request received after the automatic billing date or less than ONE week before the billing date will be processed the following month

7. It is the responsibility of the student to make up for any classes missed. Members agree to pay their membership fees in full regardless of attendance or classes missed.

8. Schedule may be subject to change.

1. Class passes are valid from your first day of class to specified date of expiration.

2. All class passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be placed on hold.

3. Passes can be used for all regular classes offered during the week, but EXCLUDES special workshops and intensives.
