Xhina Kotobelli

Xhina began her study of dance in 2011 and has since trained and performed in various styles like Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, House, Dancehall and Hip-hop. Her love for Latin culture began at an early age through exposure to Latin music and media. But her fire for Latin dancing was sparked from watching social dancing at local events that inspired her to pursue formal training with the top dance studios and instructors in Toronto over the past 12 years.

She joined the Araguacu family in 2018 as a student of Kim and Geo, and eventually became a permanent team member, performing and representing the Araguacu flavor at local and international events and festivals.  Xhina continues to perform and now helps manage the Araguacu performance teams as well as supports the operations and marketing of Araguacu.

Xhina hopes through her passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge of dance she can inspire our students and teams to lead a life-long journey of dance, education, and self-improvement.
