Xhina Kotobelli
In 2011, Xhina took her first formal steps into the world of dance, and the journey since has been nothing short of an adventure. From Salsa to Bachata, Merengue to House, Dancehall to Hip-hop—Xhina has embraced a multitude of dance styles to expand her horizons. Her fascination with Latin culture began at an early age through exposure to Latin music and media, but it was the mesmerizing social dances she witnessed at local events that truly set her soul on fire. Driven by this newfound inspiration, she immersed herself in training with Toronto’s best dance studios and instructors, dedicating over 13 years (and counting!) to dance.
She joined the Araguacu family in 2018 as a student of Kimberly Ramos and Geovanny Ricardo, and eventually became a permanent member of the team, passionately performing and showcasing the unique Araguacu flavor at both local and international events. By early 2024, she took on a new role as a regular instructor, specializing in Bachata Flow & Footwork. Her commitment extends beyond teaching; she also plays a big role in supporting the studio’s operations and marketing.
Xhina's mission is to channel her enthusiasm and deep knowledge of dance to inspire others. She aims to ignite a lifelong passion for dance, education, and personal growth in her students, guiding them on their own transformative journeys.
